Which cards can I submit?
Crown supports KOLEX esports cards and trading card games including Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Dragon Ball and Weiß Schwarz. Riftbound is listed as coming soon. For unusual formats or categories, contact us before submitting.
How is my card assessed?
Every submission follows the same documented grading workflow. Surface, edges, corners and centering are reviewed individually before the final grade is determined. Manufacturing characteristics, condition and authenticity are assessed according to documented grading standards.
No. Grading documents condition and preserves the collectible in a sealed case. Market value depends on demand, rarity, condition and collector interest.
How long does grading take?
The current turnaround notice is shown in the services section and floating status indicator when available. Please contact Crown for timing for your request.
How does shipping work?
After your request is reviewed and accepted, we confirm the next steps before you ship. You pack the collectibles securely; after processing, the finished order is packed for return shipping.
When does my order become binding?
Submitting the request form does not create a binding contract. Every request is reviewed individually. A contract is only concluded after Crown Grading accepts the request and sends an order confirmation.
What is the difference between grading and authentication?
Grading assesses card condition and assigns a grade. Authentication verifies authenticity without assigning a condition grade. Autograph authentication is a KOLEX-exclusive service; custom labels are agreed individually before production.
